From The Founder

I have been in the construction industry for over 40 years gaining construction experience over that period of time whereby my pathway through learning and understanding has allowed me to construct many challenging and award winning commercial and domestic properties.

This passion for building has culminated in receiving awards for construction and the built environment and working for Employers such as Ballast Nedam, Kier Build , Osborne, Jenner Contractors Limited, R Durtnell and Sons Ltd, GPS Projects Limited.

I am a Member of the Chartered Institute of Building whereby I qualified in 1990 and have subsequently been an active member for over 30 years.

I have been the operational lead for construction projects nationwide constructing supermarkets for Sainsbury and Tesco, new NHS hospitals, new primary and secondary schools for local authorities , Odeon cinemas, national swimming pools, new leisure centres, new churches, new residential flats, large private mansions for one off clients, local authority housing for Orbit, Quadrant and Golding Homes along with major refurbishments including the natural history museum and Science museum.

All of these works included my involvement with both pre-construction – RIBA stages 1,2 and 3 design, with experience  in  Traditional and D& B contracts and construction stages 4 and 5 and 6 onto the completion and handover of each project .

SMSTS Certified Site Management Safety Training Scheme accreditation, ensuring comprehensive understanding of site safety, health legislation, environmental standards, and risk management.
CSCS Professional Card Professionally Qualified Person (PQP) cardholder, confirming verified professional body credentials and compliance with national health and safety standards on site.
CPCS A61 Appointed Person Certified Appointed Person for Lifting Operations, authorized to plan, oversee, and execute complex safe lifting plans in full compliance with BS 7121 standards.
